Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Ingredients

• 2 cups Springfield SugarAdd to Shopping List
• ¹⁄₂ cup Springfield ButterAdd to Shopping List
• ¹⁄₂ cup Springfield Creamy Peanut ButterAdd to Shopping List
• 2¹⁄₂ tablespoons nonfat dry milkAdd to Shopping List
• 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powderAdd to Shopping List
• 1 teaspoon Springfield Vanilla ExtractAdd to Shopping List
• 3 cups Springfield OatmealAdd to Shopping List
• 7 tablespoons waterAdd to Shopping List
• ¹⁄₂ teaspoon Springfield SaltAdd to Shopping List

Instructions

1. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan.
2. In large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and butter and stir until sugar is dissolved.
3. Add peanut butter, milk powder, water, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt.
4. Remove from heat and stir in oatmeal.
5. Pour into baking pan and cool for 30 minutes before cutting.
